These qualities are part of the reason why horses can develop such a strong bond with humans. ►WOOD MATERIAL: Each live edge desert hardwood MESQUITE is uniquely hand-crafted and custom designed from weathered-down trees around Maricopa County, Arizona. By acquiring these logs, it allows me to create 100% sustainable, re-purposed live edge wood art designs. Locally source and made in North Peoria, Arizona. The wood is shape into a single heart and cut in the middle. The horse hair is set in between the two pieces of wood to form a gap. Epoxy resin is poured in the gap to seal the centerline of the heart. This represents the bond between horse and the owner.
